Post election 2020 Seeing parallels… The day I kicked my narcissistic husband of nearly a year and a half out of my house, I felt a gargantuan victory like never before. At the time, I cried tears of relief for hours and wondered why it took so much effort to finally put appropriate boundaries up. I only then understood the stress I had been enduring. Those boundaries would prove to be the meager beginning of a very long struggle with knowing how to hold up against these types of forces. To kick him out took an immense build up of … [read more]
Recent performances have led me to study the energetic scapegoat within myself. The energetic scapegoat unconsciously takes on the shadow of others. Each one of those has a different look and feel. Learning to read these energetic patterns within ourselves and others is life changing. I will be covering each one in my upcoming articles. The energetic coping mechanisms correspond roughly to developmental stages in response to our … [read more]
How do you develop an energetic edge? This skill is not just for empaths and HSP’s. This is for everyone who wants to understand more about the unseen communication between people. Knowing this can inform why you feel the way you do. You can more fully discern what’s happening beyond what is being said. We often get a feeling about someone we don’t even know. We have certain radars put in place that are functioning whether we fully use those capacities or not. It’s intuitive, but more. Most of us were inadvertently taught not to trust our intuition. Our inner … [read more]
